Fraser Rise and General Storage Information

Fraser Rise is a suburb in Melbourne, located 24 km northwest of the city’s Central Business District. At the 2021 census, it recorded a population of 9,097. Its local government area is the City of Melton.

This new but burgeoning suburb is bounded by the Melton Highway in the north, Taylors Road in the south, the suburb of Caroline Springs and the locality of Hillside in the east, and Plumpton Road in the west.

Fraser rise was gazetted by the Office of Geographic Names in February 2017. This came after a proposal for the creation of 11 new suburbs by the City of Melton. Prior to this, Fraser Rise was part of the bigger suburb of Plumpton.

Perfectly situated in a high growth corridor, Fraser Rise enjoys a strategic location with its sustainable development that’s close to amenities, shops, schools, and easy access to two major freeways.
