Keilor and General Storage Information

Keilor is a suburb in Melbourne, located 16 kilometres northwest of the city’s Central Business District. At the 2021 census, it recorded a population of 5,906. Its local government areas are the Cities of Brimbank and Hume.

A large part of Keilor lies within the City of Brimbank, but its northern section, north of the Calder Freeway, is contained within the City of Hume. This portion of the suburb is situated on the flood plain of the mighty Maribyrnong River. It’s also home to several market gardens.
