Middle Park and General Storage Information

Middle Park is an inner suburb of Melbourne, located 5 kilometers south of the city’s Central Business District. At the 2016 Census, it had a population of 4,143. Its local government area is the City of Port Phillip.

This idyllic suburb features a family-friendly ambiance, beachfront location, and urban adventure just around the corner. It is situated between Port Phillip and Albert Park Lake, hence the name ‘Middle’ Park. It is bordered by Mills Street to the north, Fraser Street to the south, Canterbury Road to the east, and Beaconsfield Parade to the west.

Middle Park is home to some of the most well-preserved terrace homes and Victorian architecture in Melbourne. It is in fact part of a strict heritage conservation area. Most of the terraces are along Canterbury Road, while others line Armstrong Street.
